Remember to remove the (-) negative cable first. (This cable is usually black) and then the (+) positive cable. But first, read the owner's manual and insure that the model charger you are using is suitable for your car. Now, hook the (+) positive cable (red) to the positive terminal and then the (-) negative cable (black) to the negative terminal.3) Now plug in your car battery charger and switch it on.
